What is a commercial kitchen fire suppression system inspection?

A Kitchen System inspection determines what needs to to be done, in order to be Certified. A commercial kitchen fire suppression system sometimes called restaurant fire suppression system must meet the requirements of the manufacturer's specifications & the Statues & Rules set by The State of Texas. A Certification tag, more commonly referred to as Inspection tag, is attached to the Kitchen System after all requirements are met. The three most common requirements are more fully described below.
